Dedicated Workstations (desktop computers) placed in credenzas below a Wall Mounted TV/Display. These workstations would have a conferencing software loaded on them. Like Skype, circa 2003-2025 end of life. Connected to these Workstations would be a camera, mics, and speakers. It’s was the least expensive way to do video conferencing sans with your own laptop. Downside, users would need to login with their own accounts, or a “kiosked” room account would need to be created specifically for the room.
